Product Description

Cowpeas originated from Africa and are popular on Asia, Africa and Southern US.  They can tolerate heat, humidity, and drought much better than beans do.  You can boil, stir fry or use them as snap green beans when picked young.  They also make a great cover crop to fight erosion.  Also great as a field crop for food plots.
